Henry leads Capital Markets at Felix Capital, partnering with portfolio companies on financing strategy and helping founders access capital to accelerate growth. Working closely with management teams, lenders and investors, he supports companies across debt financing, capital planning and broader strategic finance initiatives.

Since joining Felix, Henry has helped establish the firm's capital markets capability, advising portfolio companies through a range of financing processes while supporting Felix's investment platform with financial and portfolio insights.

Prior to Felix, Henry was Financial Controller at Greyhound Capital Partners and spent over six years at RSM UK advising alternative investment managers. He is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Nottingham.
